Richard McNally

 Richard, is familiar with the growth of our area and also with the stresses involved with a military move. Richard has 32 years real estate experience and is an integral part of our property management team.  He specializes in the inspection of our properties to insure good maintenance and protection of your property's value.

Linda Davis

 Linda joined Carriage Hills Realty in 1999 as our Advertising Manager and Secretary. Many know her as the "friendly blond Lady at the front desk". After spending most of her life as a military dependant or as active duty military, Linda arrived in our area in 1992 and decided to stay. When an opening occurred in the Rental Department, Linda was asked to study for her license and transfer to Rentals. Her organizational skills and perpetual energy have greatly enhanced the department enabling us to accept the management of more rentals. Linda and her 3 children reside in Niceville.

Finding a qualified tenant to rent your property can be taxing.   Finding a property to rent that meets your needs can be difficult.  Carriage Hills manages over 175 residential properties, maintaining a 98% occupancy rate.  The rental department will secure qualified tenants, collect rent, perform inspections, and make or coordinate for repairs.


Bonnie Mucklow

 Bonnie has 14  years of real estate experience including management, sales, and property management.  Bonnie is a former military wife and she understands the trials and tribulations of moving.  Bonnie can coordinate a smooth move for clients and their family.
