Frank P. Mayernick retired from the Air Force after 23 years active duty as a Senior Air Force Chaplain. Frank and wife Joanie are both full time real estate professionals with Carriage Hills Realty, Inc. They specialize in residential and investment properties to include single family re-sales, new construction and condominiums. Frank is a member of the Okaloosa/Walton counties Mental Health Association Board and serves as chairperson for the Mental Health Educational Committees for both counties. He is a graduate of Iona College with a B.A. degree in Economics and possesses a Masters degree in Theology.

The Mayernicks have been residents of the local area for over 20 years and currently reside in Rocky Bayou. All of their four children attended local Niceville schools before moving on to college.
