Janice (Huyser) Busovne has returned home to the Niceville area. She is a dedicated and valued addition to Carriage Hills Realty, Inc.
Janice left Niceville in 1983 after graduating from Niceville High School. In 1988, she earned her BS in Industrial Administration degree from GMI Engineering & Management Institute in Flint Michigan. From there she and her husband moved to Southern California. Janice and her family returned to Niceville in 1997 because of the high quality, family oriented life found here. At Carriage Hills Realty, Inc. Janice has the unique opportunity to work with her father, Jan Huyser, who is one of the founders of the company.
Janice completed the licensing requirements for her Brokers license in 1999 after earning her Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation in 1998. Since joining Carriage Hills Realty, Inc. in 1998, Janice has closed over $Million in transactions. Janice specializes in waterfront property, single family homes and investment property (including 1031 tax deferred exchanges).
Janice and her husband have two elementary school aged children and are very active in the local schools, sports and community activities. Janice has a first hand in depth knowledge of the school system in the Niceville area.
