Joe joined the staff of Carriage Hills Realty in the Spring of 1999, bringing with him vast in experience dealing with public and civic leaders.

Joe served for eleven years as an officer in the US Army. After leaving active duty Joe entered the US Army Reserves to continue his service to his country, serving over a year in Iraq and seven months in Bosnia helping restore the economy and infrastructure.

A native of the FL panhandle, Joe specializes in Residential and waterfront properties. Before joining Carriage Hills Realty, Joe spent two years teaching in Niceville and Crestview schools. Joe lives with his wife and three children in Valparaiso.
