Background & Experience

Pat Hemby entered the Real Estate profession in 1977 and is one of the founding Owner-Brokers of Carriage Hills Realty, Inc. Pat achieved One Million in residential sales in 1978 and in 1979 was perhaps the first Niceville agent to achieve the two million dollar mark in this area.

Pat holds the coveted Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations. Pat is also active in community affairs. She is a past Director of the Niceville-Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce and received the Chamber’s 1987 Community Service Award .and in 2000 the "Outstanding Community Accomplishments" award from the City of Niceville. Pat is a member of the Niceville Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Military Affairs Committee. She conceived the Fireworks Trust Fund and chairs the Trust Committee to raise funds to perpetuate the Twin Cities 4th of July Fireworks celebration. She also is President of the Community Youth Trust Fund, Inc. which hosts the Annual Holiday Fashion Luncheon , in it’s 19th year, to raise funds for the community’s youth.

Pat hails from Boulder, Colorado and was raised in Stockton, California where she attended the University of Pacific. As an Air Force wife, Pat has experienced numerous relocations in the US and overseas. She lives in Niceville as does their only daughter, Cozette with her husband and two children.
